Details for Outdoor Classes & Workshops:

• All Guests must preregister for offerings by emailing movingmtnsyoga@gmail.com and pay for class via Venmo or Paypal
• Classes have a capacity of 15-25 people until further notice
• We must remain 6 feet apart or more at all times during offerings
• You must bring your own mat and props, no mats or props will be provided
• If inclement weather classes will be canceled 30 minutes prior to class

Please note: This is a free offering. We are currently reading The Yamas & Niyamas: Exploring Yoga’s Ethical Practice by Deborah Adele. Book Club gatherings are monthly, and outdoors within an airy restored event barn and deck patio. Everyone must practice safe distancing while attending. You do not need to attend in person to participate, see our Facebook Group on MMY’s page “Yoga Book Club” to follow along or for more details.

$10 Weekly Outdoor Yoga classes starting April 6th-October 31st:
Tuesdays 6pm-7pm with Whitney at Tudor Hall Farm
Thursdays 6pm-7pm with Michael at Rosehill Farm
Fridays 9am-10am with Kathryn at Needwood Farm
Sundays 9am-10am with Kathi at Rosehill Farm
