Danny Nicol RYT 200 & RYT 300, began his yoga journey in 2014 with meditation to ease his stress, anxiety, and chronic low back pain. The meditation proved to be so beneficial that he decided to try the movement practice of yoga. He bought “The Ultimate Yogi” DVD box set and after completing the first DVD he was hooked. By the end of the first month of yoga practice he decided to become a yoga teacher to give back and share the practice that has helped him in more ways than he ever imagined. Danny completed his yoga teacher training at Jala Yoga in 2017 & 2018.
