Erin trained under Christa Mastrangelo-Joyce at Jala Yoga, and has been teaching since 2016. She came to yoga in college as a form of exercise, but quickly discovered that it was also a moving meditation that helped her manage anxiety and develop a mind-body connection that she hadn’t experienced before. As a teacher, she enjoys helping her students find relaxation, explore new mental and physical boundaries, and develop ways to move more comfortably and efficiently in their every day lives. When she’s not teaching or practicing yoga, she practices law in Winchester, Virginia, enjoys running, hiking, and playing with her dogs.
