Jessica Eutin certified yoga teacher, began practicing yoga to stretch, cross train, and prevent injury from running. She quickly learned to appreciate not only the physical aspect, but also the remarkable mental and emotional healing that yoga offers. When Jessica is not on her mat, she can be found exploring the great outdoors, and enjoying life with her husband and son.
