Paula has been a certified personal trainer for 10 years, and is a former Police Sergeant and defensive tactics instructor in Central Florida. Paula is an authentic personal trainer because she has felt the benefits of creating her own workouts and meal plans, attributing her healthy lifestyle to aiding in her own depression, restless leg syndrome, sciatic pain and autoimmune disease. She approaches strength training with an emphasis on anatomy and alignment. Her class Functional Fitness uses dynamic and compound movements with proper form to improve strength, mobility, agility and create overall core stability. It will make you stronger and reduce the risk of injury, while creating toned, well defined muscles.
