Whitney Ingram E-RYT 200 RYT 500, is the owner of Moving Mountains Yoga studio and Founding Member of Moving Mountains Organization. She has been a yoga practitioner since 2007 and a teacher since 2012 with a previous career in the beauty and wellness industry. Whitney co-teaches Jala Yoga’s 200 and 300 hour teacher trainings, as well as developed and co-teaches a Trauma Informed Yoga training. She is trained in Prana Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga, and is an Ayurvedic Specialist. Additionally, she is a continuing education provider for Yoga Alliance, an Ambassador for the Prison Yoga Project and has been featured in Mantra Magazine and Yoga Journal.

Whitney blends various styles of yoga to meet the needs of each student in the moment and never skimps on rest and relaxation. Her classes cater to a wide range of ages, capabilities, and interests. Frequent feedback from her classes includes, “balanced, insightful, and refreshing.” In addition to teaching weekly  studio classes she offers private sessions and ayurvedic consultations to deepen self care practices for individuals. Her passion is to bring yoga to all and to support community.
